Residential Camp for Grades 4–8

Camp Spirit Song is a free, week-long overnight summer camp in Maryland designed specifically for youth in grades 4–8 who have been impacted by the opioid substance use disorder of a parent or close loved one. Offered in partnership with SpiritWorks Foundation and the Diocese of Maryland, this camp creates a supportive, joy-filled environment where kids can simply be kids.

Campers will enjoy all the classic camp experiences—swimming, crafts, games, campfires, ropes course, canoeing, and more—while also receiving support from trained professionals who understand their experiences. Each day includes guided small group sessions where campers learn to express themselves, build resilience, and support one another.
