PAYMENTS, SCHOLARSHIPS, CANCELLATIONS
Payment Policy
To reserve your spot at a Claggett Center program:
- A $100 deposit is required for week-long programs
- A $50 deposit is required for weekend programs
Full payment is due two weeks prior to the event. If you are unable to pay in full or need to request an extension, please contact Beau Bryant to inquire about our scholarship program or to set up a payment plan.
Scholarships
No one will be turned away from participating in a Claggett Center program due to financial need. Assistance is available through the Rev. Bill Fallowfield Scholarship Fund, and payment plans can also be arranged.

Cancellation Policy
Claggett follows a tiered refund policy based on how close to the event the cancellation is made:
- 21+ days before the event: Full refund of any paid amount, excluding the non-refundable deposit
- 8–20 days before the event: 50% refund of the remaining balance (after the non-refundable deposit)
- 7 days or fewer before the event: No refund available
Please note:
- All deposits are non-refundable
- If your deposit is not received at least 14 days before the event, your registration will be considered incomplete and will not be held
Claggett reserves the right to cancel any program. In that rare event, all participants will receive a full refund for any services not yet rendered
