Payment Policy

To reserve your spot at a Claggett Center program:

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for summer programs
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for weekend programs

Full payment is due two weeks prior to the event.

Scholarships

As a ministry, the Claggett Center hopes that all who want to participate in a Claggett retreat/program will be able to, regardless of financial need.

To apply for a scholarship for one of Claggett’s year-round, Adult Retreats, please fill out this “Adult Retreat Scholarships” form and email Beau Bryant.

To apply for a scholarship for one of Claggett’s summer camp programs, please fill out this “2026 Claggett Camp Scholarship” form and email Beau Bryant.

Though it is our hope and mission that no one be turned away from Claggett’s programs due to financial need, our scholarship funds are limited. Donations of any size to our scholarship funds are welcome and appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

Claggett follows a tiered refund policy based on how close to the event the cancellation is made:

  • 21+ days before the event: Full refund of any paid amount, excluding the non-refundable deposit
  • 8–20 days before the event: 50% refund of the remaining balance (after the non-refundable deposit)
  • 7 days or fewer before the event: No refund available

Please note:

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • If your deposit is not received at least 14 days before the event, your registration will be considered incomplete and will not be held

Claggett reserves the right to cancel any program. In that rare event, all participants will receive a full refund for any services not yet rendered
