Master & Strategic Planning

The Claggett Board of Trustees is undertaking a parallel process to update its strategic plan and master plan. These two plans focus on different elements of the Claggett Center, but are complementary documents. 

Whereas the strategic plan focuses on Claggett’s mission, vision, values, programs, and internal operations over the next 5 years, the master plan is a blueprint for the campus’s physical space, including buildings and land, to support the goals set in the strategic plan. The master plan also has a longer outlook, envisioning Claggett’s evolution over the next 20 or so years.

We want to hear from you. Please take the survey linked above to share your thoughts and provide general feedback that will be used for both plans. In addition, the master planning team is hosting a charrette at Claggett the morning of Saturday, June 3. Charrettes are collaborative decision-making processes that foster outside-the-box outcomes by fueling individual creativity through group engagement. Please register below.
